Martina Tessaro

Founder of the Dance School

"For me, the key is to never remain stagnant and to keep studying, as dance is in constant evolution, and it is essential that this evolution is reflected in my students."

Martina Tessaro is of Italian origin and began dancing at a very young age, as it was her great passion. Her first steps in the world of dance were in Classical Ballet, Modern, and Jazz. After completing her studies in languages, she started working in different parts of the world as a dancer and choreographer, taking part in many prestigious shows of various styles.

In 2006, she became the Artistic Director of a Dance Company in Egypt, preparing a wide range of performances, including different dance styles. This was a very important moment in her career, where she grew as an artistic director, choreographer, and dancer. During this time, she also started training in other styles such as Latin dance and ballroom.

In 2009, she decided to move to London, where she was admitted to a higher dance degree at Thames Valley University. After completing her studies, Martina moved to America, where she worked as a dancer and dance teacher in Los Angeles and San Diego.

Several years later, with a wealth of experience and professional knowledge, in 2011, Martina moved to Spain and founded her own dance school (Escuela de Danza Martina Tessaro), where she teaches Classical Ballet, Modern Jazz, and Contemporary dance. She directs the MT Professional Dance Degree and the MT Competition Team, and she is also the choreographer for all the pieces.
