Javier Ávila
I'm Javier Ávila, I'm 14 years old, I'm a student of the Martina Tessaro Dance Professional training.
I did not discover my biggest passion until 5 years ago when my mother bring me to a school that is in the center of my town Estepona (Málaga), there I began to see and feel the wonders of the Dance.
As time passed, my teacher instilled in me discipline, values and passion, a passion that has been strongly attached to my heart, in addition to valuing effort and perseverance.
With the arrival of the Professional Dance traininge the doors opened even more, offering my classmates and me a great variety of styles, many ways of teaching different knowledge, experiences and above all the desire that each and every one of the professors transmits. they make up the grade. Personally, it has helped me a lot on my way through dance as well as in my personal life, making me much more versatile and gaining experience, if that were not enough, our great teacher and Director of the Dance School took us to London three months ago to introduce us even more in this fantastic world.
Finally, highlight the opportunity that is offered through the MT professional training and that will stay with me forever, last November an examiner offered me a scholarship to go to study Contemporary Dance next July for a month, to Melbourne (Australia) . For me, this is a dream come true. I can not be more grateful for the desire that my teacher Martina always shows, for the positive energy she transmits to us and for the satisfaction she demonstrates as we grow as people and above all as dancers.

MT professional dance training has given me a multitude of attitudes. It has given me discipline, perseverance, great efforts, learning to be a more versatile dancer, not giving up for many bad days I may have, ... Thanks to the masterclasses too I have learned many different styles of dance and I have met different teachers. Thanks to this professional training we also had the opportunity to do exams in front of an ATOD examiner and the great opportunity to travel to London, so that we could visit the Pineapple Dance Studio and take classes there, go see a high level musical, go to Move It to participate in an improvisation competition, and have a great time dancing in the streets. With this trip I have been able to see with my eyes what the classes and teachers are like in different places and learn from the dancers that were in each class, I loved this experience.
I think that every laugh, every tear, effort, every drop of sweat, every sacrifice, every frustration ... It was worth it to continue with my learning and not give up in spite of everything.
All this is thanks to the teachers who have been inculcating us the maximum possible values and bringing us the best tools that will be essential in the future. The MT professional training in general, with all that entails, has been very important in my life.

My Unforgettable Experience
When I was thirteen years old, I started with my passion. As much as it seems late to start with a discipline that involves a lot of effort and time, today, at fifteen, I feel grateful and proud to have gotten fully into the world of dance.
I started dancing twice a week - the two best days of the week. I felt that dancing was becoming indispensable in my life. In the way that I could express myself without using words and transmitting a unique art to the public and especially to myself. Obviously I felt insecure the first days of doing something wrong, but over time I have realized that in dance you can never do something wrong.
Martina, our teacher, reminds us every day how capable we are of anything if we propose it and teaches us to enjoy each moment and grow in this way. And that's why our academy grows as much as a family. The day they told me the possibility of entering a professional training and be able to dance more, my life changed. I decided to do as Martina taught me and submit to the casting. If it's what I want, I'll do it, not anything that prevents me, right? After doing the casting they accepted me not only for how I danced but for the effort I put into it and because they saw the potential that could be worked on me.
I have been in the professional dance training for two years and I do not regret anything. From the day I started every day was one more day of learning and doing what I like. I learned to organize myself to combine studies in school and dance, and I assure you that it is possible. Dancing was my solution to many problems and gave me the option of expressing myself and seeking my identity and my personality. Now that I have finished the professional training I already know exactly who I am, where I am going and what I want to do. This course has helped me to orientate myself and to learn every day something new in relation to dance and my personal life. I feel capable of anything because they have prepared me for that.
I want to thank everyone who has been part of this great experience in my life and I will never forget this. Being able to educate and teach people through dance is something incredible and you should not miss the chance to do it!

I'm in VOCATIONAL TRAINING IN DANCE MT, in which, I perform several dance styles : ballet, modern and hip-hop. In addition to this WE TAKE classes in acrobatics. Besides these, I also have technical improvement in which I perfect my technique towards dance. One of the things that I like most about the undergraduate program are the master classes I receive once a month, in which I learn new fascinating dance styles such as heels, afro-dance etc. Not only do I learn dance, but I also learn team work, discipline, good values ... It has only been eight months, but in this time I have already noticed how my technique has improved, this is due to the work and effort performs in each class, and the teacher for her passion and love that gives in each class. There are also moments of fun, of laughter ... I have a great time in each of the classes, I love dancing and from each one I learn something new.

Every day that we enter class we try to take another step towards our goal, we share experiences and unique moments, laughter and anger, pains and frustrations but that only helps us to improve and grow not only as dancers but also as people. We try to give the best of ourselves, correct our failures and above all enjoy all the sensations and emotions that we dance. We are a great family and we support each others , we share the nerves before each performance and the happiness we have when being on stage, that's where we leave everything, we grow, we feel like a real group and not as people who individually perform a choreography with their music already prepared.
Being here has given me many things and none of them is bad. I can assure you, the teacher tries hard because we get to our dream, she helps us in everything and cares for us. Being here is one of the best things that has happened to me in my life, I would not change it for anything. If some day we are angry or sad entering through the door of the dance studio everything disappears and although we keep thinking about it, we enjoy the class and make an effort to give the best of ourselves. When we dance we feel free and able to demonstrate how we are without any kind of shame.

It is only one year i took part to the MT professional dance course and it is the best thing that could have happened to me. In just one year I have spent moments that I do not want to lose, every day were laughs and fun and that's how the most exciting workdays were done. Every day different and better. We are a large family that every time I arrive to class and pass through the door I feel an indescribable relief. I feel that dancing is something I do not want to lose.
At first I did not know different styles but after the time I have been knowing new styles of dance that have amazed me and I plan to dance later. This is thanks to Martina who makes a different masterclass of new dance styles every month and in this way we get to know the world of dance closer. Being able to learn what I really love every day is fascinating and I thank everyone who makes it possible.

Since I was a little I dance, it's something I've always liked. After being in the "Martina Tessaro Dance School", I enrolled in the professional training of dancers. When you enter in every dance class you try to make an effort and improve every day with the constant support of the teachers. If I have not discovered this professional training I think I would not be the same, because there with various styles of dance, workshops and acrobatics you can see what it really is to be a dancer.

In this Professional Dance course apart from teaching me many disciplines such as modern dance, ballet, hip hop, theater, tap, acrobatics ... it has taught me many values of life such as respect, camaraderie and teamwork.
These two years have led me to realize that dance is what really fascinates me, and that with great effort and perseverance you can get very far.
It has given me opportunities such as traveling to London and to take classes at other academies such as the Pineapple Dance Studio, meeting dancers from around the world at the Move It dance fair, taking master classes of all types of dance with teachers from abroad ... We have competed several times in the international festival in Gibraltar, Madrid and Granada.
Dance has become a way of life for me and I could not live without it, all thanks to the professors of this professional course.
